We are an organisational consultancy, training provider and publisher,

specialising in people skills and corporate cultures

Having trainers with business backgrounds, our NLP work is extremely practical and we concentrate on organisational applications.

Projects undertaken include: Researching the qualities of high performing call centre staff for one of the major breakdown services.
Detailed recommendations on how to incorporate NLP into sales training and associated training for in-house trainers, for a household name in advertising directories.
Courses & conference presentations on NLP and Customer Care; NLP in Social Work; NLP and Dealing with Difficult People; NLP and Internal Communications.
Workshops on NLP and management effectiveness in the construction and insurance sectors.
A two-day NLP workshop run specifically at the request of a group of management trainees as a result of some very impactful sessions within a general programme.

Because there are so many NLP courses to choose from, and because we prefer to run small programmes where the trainer interacts directly with the participants, we have decided to run only specials in future.  If you have an interest from a group of 9 or more people who work in organisational settings, such as trainers, consultants, HR professionals, coach/mentors, facilitators, managers, etc, please contact us to discuss options.

Our NLP training can lead to certification from Richard Bandler and the Society of NLP.  We do not run therapy courses.
