from choice of case study to selection of exam tapes, mock exams, preparing
transcripts and logs, discussing theory and practice;

supervision and teaching skills, join theory discussions, observe mock
exams;
- CTA going for TEW – planning your transition
from CTA to PTSTA, practice and endorsement (if appropriate) of your

Julie Hay FCIPD MCMI is an
organisational consultant who has been running developmental TA training since
1986 and these PDW’s since 1999. She was the inaugural Chair person and is now
Honorary President of the UK-based Institute of Developmental TA, a past
president of both EATA and ITAA, past Vice Chair of ITA, and the author of
several TA books, including Transactional Analysis for Trainers, Sherwood 1996.
As well as being a regular examiner for CTA and TSTA, Julie has been staff
member on several EATA and ITAA TEW's. Julie runs TA workshops around the world
and has trainees/CTA/PTSTA’s in India, Slovenia, Canada, Australia and New
Zealand as well as the UK.
Anita Mountain MSc (TA), CTA (O/P),
FITOL, TSTA (O/P), has been freelance since 1990. She works nationally and
internationally for a range of organisations and also facilitates regular open
Developmental TA workshops both in the UK and in Russia. As well as contracted
trainees in the UK, Russia and Armenia she also makes regular yearly trips to
France. The training group in the UK is known in France as the “Ha Ha” group!!
She is a founder member of the IDTA and is a published author, with another
book, jointly authored with her partner, in the pipeline.
