We offer tailored programmes for trainers, facilitators, consultants coaches, educators -  professionals who work to develop individuals, teams or organisations. These can be run in-house, or for groups of independents who come together to develop themselves.

Julie is internationally endorsed to provide training and supervision in TA to others who want to apply it as professionals.

The courses are highly participative and intensely practical, giving participants the opportunity to work on current issues that they face in their work.  The following are examples of possible content; the final selection will depend on the time you have available and your specific needs.

          Julie Hay has extensive experience of running this type of training. She has: 

run TA programmes in British Airways, Metropolitan Police, J. Sainsbury, Probation Service, Ventura, Royal Mail, Sun Alliance, Probation Service, Herts County Council, and for Warwick Business School, Kings Fund College and London University
