We are led by Julie Hay, who has now reduced her consultancy workload in order to write more books and to contribute to the development of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council, of which she is currently the President. Julie now offers a limited number of days only each year as a consultant but continues to design and direct initiatives that are delivered by colleagues.  Julie also continues to run transactional analysis programmes, regularly in the UK, Romania and the Ukraine and elsewhere on an ad hoc basis,  for those seeking certification by the International Transactional Analysis Association, the European Association for Transactional Analysis, and the Institute of Developmental Transactional Analysis (all of which she has at one time been president of).
